Smash137, "Between the Lines"
Smash137 is and urban contemporary artist originally from Basel, Switzerland. His work is described as abstractions of urban calligraphy. “Sometimes in a simple gray with black outlines, other times enriched with vibrant and bubbly colors, or creating a three dimensionality through skillful shading.” Smash137 has a variety of styles and his artwork is always evolving. For FreeWay Editions, the artist created these wonderful abstract pieces for our hand painted screen print collection. Take a look at all of Smash137’s artwork here.

Parallels (Set 2) by Thomas Canto
Thomas Canto was born in 1979 in France where he still lives and works. Much like many contemporary artists Canto draws very specifically from his personal urban environment, however his unique vision translates into something quite different. His work seems to represents the tension between order and chaos. Through the use of precise line work and complex geometries, Thomas Canto has created a particularly acute perception of the world around him. The Elegant Works of Gajin Fujita.
Gajin Fujita (born 1972) is a graffiti artist from East Los Angeles. Fujita has created a style that merges both his Japanese roots and his Los Angeles upbringing. The artist visually compares and contrasts imagery from varying cultures in order to truly communicate the crossover and divergences of each identity. Fujita is a member of LA graffiti crews K2S (Kill 2 Succeed) and KGB (Kids Gone Bad) and continues to live and work in Los Angeles.

Perrier and Rhum Clement Go Street Art!
Not one but TWO new bottle designs from Freeway Editions artist JonOne!
Today Perrier Sparkling Natural Mineral Water announced the official release of its Street Art limited edition collection. JonOne is one of three artists to be involved in the exciting new project. JonOne, Kobra, and Sasu, three internationally renowned contemporary street artists have each created an urban art inspired interpretation of the traditional Perrier brand.
And to add to his impressive resume of product design JonOne also recently designed a bottle for the rum brand
