Payment & Ordering

How do I place an order?

Add the products you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button located next to the product image. When you are ready to complete your order, click "Checkout" from within your cart and follow the instructions. 

Can I have my artwork framed? 

We do provide framing services. Please visit this page for additional information if you want us to take care of framing the artwork you are purchasing in our online store. Before you purchase your item, please contact us and let the gallery know you would like a frame.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards for payment online, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. The gallery accepts all forms of payment, so please contact us if you'd prefer to pay via check or wire transfer.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We only collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in California and Florida.

Shipping & Returns

What are your shipping rates?

We ship mostly all artwork orders via the U.S. Postal Service. 
Shipping charges for framed artwork are calculated based on the weight and the destination of the package to be delivered. 

For unframed artwork travelling internationally, we provide a Standard or Priority shipping option. From the date of shipment, Standard is estimated to arrive within 7-22 business days. Priority is estimated to arrive within 7-10 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping times, but will work with you directly if there are any concerns.

Additionally, if you require expedited shipping, please contact the gallery prior to making your order so we can better assist you.

Can I ship to a location other than my home?

Yes you can. When placing your order you will be given the option to ship to any address that you choose. However, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, we offer global shipping, import taxes / VAT not included.
Please note, art shipped outside of the United States, even with Priority shipping, may take up to 2 to 4 weeks to be delivered, depending on the destination country.
Additionally, artwork may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes you might be responsible to pay for once the package arrives in your country.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

How will my artwork be packaged?

Unframed artwork is either rolled and shipped in thick tubes or shipped in reinforced flat packages.
Framed artwork is covered securely in bubble wrap and packed in custom reinforced corrugated cardboard boxes with corner protectors.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order that has not been shipped yet, contact us at store@castaniergallery.com. Please indicate the order number in your email. 
We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already been shipped.

Can I return a piece of artwork if it does not meet my expectations? 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the artwork within 15 calendar days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price less any shipping charges, less any framing costs.
Contact us at store@castaniergallery.com to get a return number; then repackage the art in its original box and ship it to the address our customer service representative gave you through email. 
We will notify you when your return has been processed and your card has been credited.
