Payment & Ordering

How do I place an order?

Add the products you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button located next to the product image. When you are ready to complete your order, click "Checkout" from within your cart and follow the instructions. 

Can I have my artwork framed? 

We do provide framing services. Please visit this page for additional information if you want us to take care of framing the artwork you are purchasing in our online store. Before you purchase your item, please contact us and let the gallery know you would like a frame.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards for payment online, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. The gallery accepts all forms of payment, so please contact us if you'd prefer to pay via check or wire transfer.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We only collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in California.

Shipping & Returns

What are your shipping rates?

We ship mostly all artwork orders via FedEx Ground. 
All the unframed artwork will be shipped for FREE to addresses in the United States (standard shipping only).
Shipping charges for framed artwork is calculated based on the weight and the destination of the package to be delivered. 

Can I ship to a location other than my home?

Yes you can. When placing your order you will be given the option to ship to any address that you choose. However, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Do you ship outside the US?

We are happy to be able to offer to our international customers FREE SHIPPING on unframed artwork for all orders shipped to addresses outside the United States (standard shipping only).
Please note, art shipped outside of the United States may take 2 to 4 weeks to be delivered, depending on the destination country.
Additionally, artwork may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes you might be responsible to pay for once the package arrives in your country.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

How will my artwork be packaged?

Unframed artwork is either rolled and shipped in thick tubes or shipped in reinforced flat packages.
Framed artwork is covered securely in bubble wrap and packed in custom reinforced corrugated cardboard boxes with corner protectors.

How soon will I get my order?

Unframed artwork orders ship between 1-3 business days of the order date. 
Framed artwork orders ship between 7-10 business days of the order date. 
Transit time (US only) averages 4-6 days (almost all orders are shipped via FedEx Ground). 
International orders often take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. 

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order that has not been shipped yet, contact us at contact@castaniergallery.com. Please indicate the order number in your email. 
We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already been shipped.

Can I return a piece of artwork if it does not meet my expectations? 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the artwork within 15 calendar days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price less the original shipping charges, less any framing costs.
Contact us at contact@castaniergallery.com to get a return number; then repackage the art in its original box and ship it to the address our customer service representative gave you through email. 
We will notify you when your return has been processed and your card has been credited.
