ART NEWS: What's new in urban art?

 

 

Goodbye Summer! And of course saying goodbye to warm weather and vacation means we are starting to welcome in the Art Fairs and Festivals that come with the Fall season. Freeway Editions will be doing a breakdown of what's coming up in the Art Fair world and how these events celebrate urban contemporary art. 

Currently, in Roma, Outdoor Camp is just getting started and the corresponding arts festival will be taking place next month. Here's more about the events: 

"The ' Outdoor Camp will take place from 1st al 15 September 2015 and will be a cultural and artistic event that combines urban art, music and sustainability with the strategic objective of placing the city of Rome in the middle of a process of civic awareness and appreciation, doing leverage creative energies today are the scene of the new urban creativity.

The event will be an opportunity to get to know some of the places affected by the great process of urban regeneration that will be accomplished only with the Outdoor Festival. Over 30,000 square meters that will be totally revolutionized during the two months of total branded Outdoor activities: conferences, meetings with artists, music, workshops and exhibitions."
