Freeway Editions is starting 2015 off by featuring the work of Charlie Anderson. An emerging artist with an exciting new twist on pop art, Anderson creates detailed paintings by layering text, images, and appropriated forms to produce a new style of painting.

Charlie Anderson is a contemporary urban inspired painter. He graduated from Edinburgh College of Art in 2009 and since has been developing his unique style of pop-art painting. He employs imagery from magazines, flyers, advertising and political campaigns to create collage styled paintings that make commentary on our throwaway society. Freeway Editions is excited to announce our participation in an exclusive Rhum Clement event happening this Friday, December 5th in Miami. This party is a part of Rhum Clement’s urban art celebration. Earlier this year we spoke about JonOne’scollaboration with Rhum Clement for the distillery’s 125th anniversary. For this benchmark anniversary the artist hand designed a limited edition bottle for the renowned rum makers.
