Los Angeles Art Show Celebrates Its 20th Anniversary

The LA Art Show begins this week in Downtown Los Angeles (January 14th-18th). The iconic art fair is celebrating its 20th Anniversary. Founded in 1994, the show has grown from a small regional event to become the largest and longest running platform for fine art, bringing in more than 120 galleries representing 22 countries. Over the duration of its 20 years the LA Art Show has evolved along with the Los Angeles art scene. Balancing of Light and Dark

Freeway Editions has written about the work of Rimi Yang before but only specifically about her prints and small works. Although a talented print artist who straddles borders in contemporary art, Yang’s work is primarily done on canvas therefore today we focus on her talents as an oil painter.
